Order: an order placed by the buyer according to the procedure described in article 2.1, for the purchase of one or more products.
Product: a Florentiné Collection product offered for sale on the Website.
Purchase Price: the price stated on the website for a product, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Agreement: the order accepted by Florentiné Collection.

ARTICLE 1. APPLICABILITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 These general terms and conditions, available at www.florentine-collection.com, apply to all offers, orders, agreements and other legal relationships between the buyer and Florentiné Collection with regard to the use of the website, including the sale and purchase of products.
ARTICLE 2. FORMATION AND CONTENT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1 An agreement is concluded when Florentiné Collection accepts an order from the buyer, which is placed via the website according to the following steps:
• The buyer selects the desired product and adds it to the shopping cart.
• The buyer provides his/her billing and shipping information.
• The buyer confirms the order and chooses the desired payment method.
• The buyer will receive an electronic confirmation of the order.
2.2 Florentiné Collection may refuse an order in the following cases, among others:
• If the total order value is more than €1,000.
• If the buyer's information is incomplete or incorrect.
• If previous payments have not been made.
• If there is a pricing error on the website.
2.3 Florentiné Collection stores the agreement for at least seven years. If the buyer has an account, the agreement can be consulted by logging in.
ARTICLE 3. DELIVERY METHOD AND DELIVERY TIMES
3.1 Florentiné Collection ships the products via a designated carrier.
3.2 Products will be shipped as soon as possible, within 14 days, unless another term has been agreed.
3.3 Delivery dates are estimates based on current conditions and third party services.
3.4 If Florentiné Collection is unable to meet the delivery date, the buyer will be informed within 14 days and the order can be cancelled free of charge, provided it has not yet been shipped.
ARTICLE 4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1 All prices are in euros, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs.
4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of ordering applies.
4.3 The available payment methods are listed on the website. Full payment must be made before the product is shipped.
ARTICLE 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 Buyers have the right to return products within 14 days, provided they are unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please note: sale items cannot be returned.
ARTICLE 6. FORCE MAJEURE
6.1 Florentiné Collection is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or the failure of third parties.
ARTICLE 7. COMPLAINTS
7.1 Buyers must inspect the products upon receipt and report any defects within a period of 14 days.
ARTICLE 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 All trademarks, product names, logos, designs and models relating to the products are the property of Florentiné Collection.
ARTICLE 9. RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
9.1 Florentiné Collection retains ownership of the products until all obligations under the agreement have been fulfilled by the buyer.
ARTICLE 10. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
10.1 Florentiné Collection is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
ARTICLE 11. APPLICABLE LAW
11.1 This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
ARTICLE 12. INVALID PROVISIONS
12.1 Should any provision of these general terms and conditions prove to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
ARTICLE 13. AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
13.1 Florentiné Collection reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version is available on the website.
